The Villa
Villa Virginia Luxury provides a prestigious setting, an elegant and exclusive structure. Beautifully designed with a central, majestic hall that divides the villa into two wings and features a stunning spiral staircase connecting the three floors.
On the main floor, you can admire the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area featuring a fireplace and a relaxation zone with a TV. Additionally, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with access to the outdoor terrace, two bathrooms, one of which is used as a laundry room, and a cellar containing Tenuta Murola wines.
As you go up to the first floor, there are a total of 5 bedrooms. One wing is occupied by a suite with a walk-in closet, a spacious private bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub, a children’s room with a crib, and a double sofa bed. The other wing includes 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Villa Virginia Luxury has a total of 16 beds.
Throughout the entire floor, there is a bright terrace that overlooks the pool.
The second and top floor is an attic that is accessed through a lounge with a balcony and consists of 3 bedrooms. In one wing, there is a suite with a round double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The other wing has a room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower.
The villa is also ideal for group vacations and spending pleasant moments with friends or family. It features spacious and bright spaces spread over three floors for a total of 900 square meters. The interior is meticulously designed, with large living rooms and dining areas furnished with antique Liberty-style furniture.
The recently renovated saltwater heated pool includes a hydro-massage area and is suitable for all ages with a depth of about 1.55 meters. It is complemented by a functional pool house with changing rooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.
Surrounding the pool, adorned by a flower-covered pergola, is a magnificent patio that is perfectly equipped with a lounge area with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing sunbathing and evening cocktails.
